By accessing or using Demotivator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Demotivator is a vocabulary learning application that allows users to import word lists from Google Spreadsheets and practice through AI-generated quizzes and sentence writing exercises.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service or other users.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through sentence practice.
• Abuse the AI features by submitting content unrelated to vocabulary learning.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.

5. Google Spreadsheets

You are responsible for the content of any Google Spreadsheet you link to your account. Spreadsheets must be publicly shared for the Service to access them. We only read data from your spreadsheet and never modify it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Demotivator name, logo, design, and code are the property of Demotivator. AI-generated quiz content is provided for educational use within the Service only.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Demotivator available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Demotivator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or learning progress.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through our account deletion page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
